While many people consider an “I’ll just do it myself,” perspective to save money, they almost always quickly realize the amount of effort, time and expense required of them while typically not having the proper knowledge and understanding required to consistently maintain their pool and spa regularly and the different conditions necessary at different seasonal times through out the year. How often will you service our pool and spa?
We offer service agreements for weekly, biweekly, monthly, & one-time pool services. We also have additional serving available in the event of weather-related or special events that require additional service needs. The most common service arrangement is our weekly service plans which are what is recommended by your pool and spa manufacturers.

What does your standard service include?
We offer a variety of standard and premium service options. Our standard service includes skimming, vacuumin
g, chemical treatments and level testing, trap and filter cleanings, timing programming, and tile brushing.

Our additional services include pool and spa draining and filling, acid wash, algae cleanup, winterizing service, and much more.

What’s does it cost for your pool and spa service? Is It expensive?  
We offer a variety of affordable service plans with pricing to meet most family budgets ranging from our economical standard service plan, to our premium services. Each client is quoted a price based on their unique pool and spa and individual service needs.

We proudly offer a free estimate and consultation to inspect your pool and spa, evaluate your system’s needs and condition, and of course your preferred choice of service frequency. Our affordable rates are truly the best service value in the Las Vegas area.

You have made an investment in your pool and spa and Vegas Pool Patrol’s professional services are designed to protect your investment allowing you more time to enjoy your pool.

Do you do repairs too?
Yes, our network of repair professionals specialize in most types of repairs and special needs. Our repair services include an evaluation, consultation and estimate of parts and service.

Yes, this allows you to meet with one of our service technicians in person to evaluate your pool and spa, discuss your interests and needs, and to determine a service package that is most appropriate for your need and equipment without having to spend more than you feel necessary. This cost-effective approach to our service allows us to create lasting win-win relationships that have become the foundation of our success.

Do you sell products and supplies?
Yes, we offer most of the necessary and common products and supplies and can easily order most items that we do not have in stock or that require custom needs. These may simply be added or included to your monthly service invoice.

Discounted Chlorine Tabs are also available as since we offer this service to all of our clients it allows us bulk buying power at a very good price which allows us to pass on the savings directly to you.

What areas do you service?
We proudly service most areas of Las Vegas and Henderson.

Do you have regular business hours?
Yes, our regular hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.  Weekend appointments are often available upon request.

What payment options and methods are available?
We offer a variety of convenient options. Payments are accepted by check, credit card, cash and PayPal™. 
We invoice and pre-bill each month and also offer discounts for service agreements paid on a biannual and annual basis.

Payments are also accepted by mail at Vegas Pool Patrol, 2251 N. Rampart Blvd. #189, Las Vegas, Nevada 89128.

Do you offer discounts for referrals?

Yes, we offer one free month service for each referral that signs a new service agreement redeemable after the first paid month of new service.
